At the top of the house, overlooking the vineyards of the Ruwer Valley, a small break from everyday life begins. The Riesling Spa combines a Finnish sauna, steam bath, and our mild Sanarium with a quiet retreat and garden access – complemented by a range of treatments from facials to massages with grape seed oil from the region. Open daily from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM, available to hotel guests without a separate entrance fee.
In the Finnish sauna, you leave tension and everyday life behind at around 90 degrees, while our Sanarium, at a milder 60 degrees and with gentle color light therapy, is also suitable for more sensitive circulatory systems. Those who prefer a more humid environment will find fragrant aromas and relaxed muscles in the steam bath.
After each sauna session, our shower landscape provides cooling, and the Kneipp pools with warming benches invigorate circulation and immune system. For those who enjoy bubbles, you can relax alone or with a partner in the whirlpool (small usage fee of 3 €, coin available at the reception).
On the relaxation loungers with a view of the gentle vineyard slopes of the Ruwer Valley, a short break quickly turns into a whole hour. In good weather, the path leads directly to our garden with an outdoor terrace – ideal for a bit of exercise in the fresh air or simply to enjoy the sun.
Our wellness team, led by Christine Emser and Alexander Zischke, complements the spa area with a range of treatments from classic facial treatments by the brand Dr. Belter to Ayurvedic massages, as well as our Riesling Relax massage with grape seed oil or a honey massage with honey from our own apiary. Our Riesling Spa is open daily from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
You can find sauna towels in our Riesling Spa. We are happy to bring the bathrobe and slippers to your room; please let us know briefly at the hotel reception.
Of course, we also welcome external guests by prior arrangement in our Riesling Spa. The entrance fee for external guests is EUR 21.00, and we charge a fee of EUR 5.00 for the rental of a bathrobe.
Due to the current situation, our Riesling Spa is only partially available to external guests and depends on occupancy. Please contact our hotel reception for inquiries and prior arrangements.
We charge a small fee of EUR 3.00 for the use of the whirlpool. The coin for use is available at the hotel reception.
Please understand that young guests under 16 years old are only allowed in our Riesling Spa when accompanied by their parents. We also ask parents to ensure that the calm and relaxed atmosphere of the Riesling Spa is maintained at all times.
