Our breakfast buffet is available from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. For hotel guests, it is included in the room rate. Those who do not stay with us are also welcome: €21.50 per person including drinks, with prior registration.

Scrambled eggs, bacon, and boiled eggs are available at the buffet. We fry eggs to order – please speak to our service team.
Vegetarian – without pre-ordering at the buffet: cheese, various vegetable spreads, egg dishes, jams, fresh vegetables.
Vegan – permanently at the buffet: oat drink and a second plant-based drink alternative, several vegan vegetable spreads, jams. Restriction: Coffee specialties from the fully automatic machine cannot be prepared with plant-based drinks. Filter coffee and tea, of course, can.
Gluten-free – gluten-free bread is always available, but not at the buffet. Just briefly inform the service team, and it will be brought to the table. No pre-ordering necessary.

Registration is mandatory. Without prior registration, it is not possible – house guests have priority in the morning.
